What size of organisations do you work with?

We typically work with mid-to-large enterprises — organisations with 500+ employees undertaking significant technology or AI programmes. Our sweet spot is complex, multi-stakeholder transformation where the human side of change is genuinely at risk.
Do you work with specific platforms or vendors?

No. We are entirely technology-agnostic. We have no commercial relationship with any platform vendor, which is why clients trust our advice. Whether you're rolling out Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce, ServiceNow, a bespoke AI solution or any other platform — we focus on the adoption, not the technology.
Can you engage mid-programme?

Yes — and it's a significant proportion of our work. Many clients come to us when an existing programme is underperforming or adoption has stalled. We can diagnose quickly, stabilise, and build a recovery plan. Earlier is always better, but it's rarely too late.
How long does a typical engagement last?

It depends on the scope. A targeted AI readiness assessment takes two to three weeks. A full transformation programme will run for six to eighteen months. We also offer ongoing advisory retainers for organisations that want embedded capability support over time.
Do you deliver training directly?

Yes. We design and deliver end-to-end training and capability programmes — from AI literacy to role-specific enablement. We also build train-the-trainer programmes so organisations can sustain the capability internally after the engagement closes.
How do you measure success?

We define adoption metrics — active usage rates, confidence scores, productivity measures and value indicators — before the programme begins. These become the contract we hold ourselves to. We track and report against them throughout, and provide a final impact report at close.
